PartyPoker bonus codes are entered during your account creation after you

Tell-A-Friend Referral Details
Referred Email: This column displays the email address that you had referred to us using the Tell-A-Friend referral form.
Bonus Release Date: This column displays the date when the Bonus was released if the status of the referral was Bonus Released.
Referral Date: This column displays the date when the referral was made.
Referral Expiry Date: This column displays the date when the bonus would expire if the email address referred has not been used to open an account with us.
Raked Hands Required: This column displays the number of raked hands that the referred player needs to play, only after which the bonus amount would be credited to the referrals account as per the terms and condition of the Bonus Promotion.
Raked Hands Played: This column displays the number of raked hands played by the referred player from the time of real money account creation till the expected expiry date.
Raked Hands Expiry Date: This column displays the date when the bonus would expire if the player you had referred has not played the required number of raked hands as per the terms and condition of the Bonus Promotion.
Status:
This column displays the status of your referrals. The different statuses are as follows:
Bonus Pending: This status denotes that no one with the email address has opened an account with us or if the referral has not selected you as the referral.
Eligible for Bonus: This status denotes that the player whose email address you had referred has selected you as the referral.
Not Eligible for Bonus: This status denotes that the email address you had referred has not selected you as referral.
Bonus Released: This status denotes that the bonus was credited to your account after all the terms and conditions of the Bonus Promotion were met within the expiry date.
Bonus Expired: This status denotes that the expiry date for this bonus has passed.
Tell-A-Friend Referree Details
Referral's Email: This column displays the email address of the person who referred you to us using the Tell-A-Friend referral form.
Bonus Release Date: This column displays the date when the Bonus would be released if all the terms and conditions of the Bonus Promotion were met.
Referral Date: This column displays the date when you were referred by your friend.
Expiry Date: This column displays the date when the bonus would expire if you have not played the required number of raked hands as per the terms and condition of the Bonus Promotion.
Raked Hands Required: This column displays the number of raked hands that the referred player needs to play, only after which the bonus amount would be credited to the referrals account or the referred account as per the terms and condition of the Bonus Promotion.

Not Selected as a Referral: This status denotes that you have not selected this player as your referral.
Referral Selection Expired: This status denotes that the bonus has expired as the terms and conditions of the Bonus Promotion were not met within the expiry date.
Bonus Released: This status denotes that the bonus was credited to your account as all the terms and conditions of the Bonus Promotion were met within the expiry date.
